This is what we mean we say the black is already assumed to be a criminal.

Also notice the tone difference. How the black kid is being shamed and how the white man is given the benefit of the doubt.

Sigh… 

There is no doubt racial prejudice exists. However, it is completely unfair to put 100% of the blame on the man that was angry at the black kid. How do you know that he wouldn’t have acted the same way towards the white kid? This man should not receive wrath for attempting to apprehend the black kid. Then, should he let the black kid off the hook? Would that make people feel better? I’m not saying that there was no difference; clearly there was, but to put the blame on the man happened to catch the black kid makes no sense. I’m just asking everyone to think a little bit more; I don’t mean to sound condescending or anything.
